It’s wonderful that everything is carefully reproduced on a ceramic plate and on the actual size table.
The works that I have seen in art museums during my travels all over the world are displayed all at once here, so it was great to be able to touch the works while reminiscing about my travels.
The entrance fee is a bit expensive and the trip from Osaka to Naruto is a bit far, but it’s worth the trip. The sea is also close, and there are very nice hotels nearby. For those who are tired of Japan’s famous sightseeing spots, we highly recommend taking it easy at an art museum.
Otuska International Museum of Art is located in Naruto city , Tokushima prefecture
This museum is the world’s first dedicated to the ceramic arts, and has the largest permanent exhibition space in Japan. From ancient murals to modern paintings, the museum boasts a hand-picked selection of over 1,000 objects from 25 countries and over 190 museum collections.
